I am Mustapha Trad, nurse and psycho-practitioner specialising in the biology of emotions. My mission is to help you explore your life story in order to identify the areas where you need help. emotional trauma that have led to your psychological, behavioural or somatic problems. I help you to understand the unconscious mechanisms who have implemented survival strategies that have become problematic over time.
Thanks to the Bio-Logic of Emotions and methods such as verbalisation, awareness-raising, symbolic acts and role-playing, you'll be able to free these bottlenecks and introduce new schemes of thinking. My support will help you to evolve, to overcome your limiting beliefs and transform your life.
